I called in an emergency service as water was coming inside my house from not having it serviced! I was unaware of what was happening. Dallas showed up went straight to work after he asked me to tell him what happened. He came back down as my HVAC unit is on the roof, he showed me pictures and videos of what was going on. He explained it all and answered a million questions. He was patient with me and understand. He told me what needed to happen and explained they offered a monthly service. It saved me money and has given me peace of mind. He went straight to work finished and showed me pictures and videos of his work. Coming from someone who had no idea how the system worked to basic knowledge I am so grateful for Dallas. He definitely deserves a raise.
