Our History
With more than 44 years of experience in the trade industry, Roger Holder Sr. went on to found Holders Air Conditioning & Heating in 1987. He did so in order to address a clear need in the community and to fill the gap created by the lack of consistent, high-quality service from heating and air conditioning companies in the area.
Inspired by his father’s remarkable success, Roger Holder Jr. decided to follow in his footsteps. He dedicated himself to mastering the HVAC trade from the ground up. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in sheet metal work and systems installations. This allowed him to steadily build technical skills and valuable industry knowledge. Eventually, his dedication and expertise led him to take the helm of the family business. As a result, in 2004, he officially established Holders Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. This marked an important new chapter in the company’s growth and development. Furthermore, Roger is joined by his wife, Roberta Holder, who holds a vital leadership role. She manages the day-to-day operations and coordinates service schedules for customers. She also oversees administrative duties and ensures all office tasks are handled efficiently. Together, they combine technical expertise, strong management, and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.
